Founder's Associate - UniteLabs the Infra for AI in Biotech

UniteLabs is the infrastructure for the next generation of biotechs.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and reliant permanent hire, intern, or working student, to support the founders, Lukas and Robert, in their day-to-day business. As an associate, you’re not just an assistant but the right hand for handling the multitude of responsibilities and tasks of a founder of a fast-accelerating early-stage startup. The core topics revolve around go-to-market with our customers and partners, fundraising, and growth as a company. You will receive as much ownership and autonomy in these tasks as possible.

Tasks

Closely work alongside one or both of the CEOs Lukas and Robert
As priorities change and challenges arise, no day will be the same
Take over projects and responsibilities like the introduction of new tools and processes
Support investor research and communication during the fundraising
Research, document, and prepare strategic analyses
Support in the whole sales process from lead generation to contractual finetuning
Organize, prepare, and handle events, meetings, and presentations
Further responsibilities depending on your skills and interest

Requirements

Strong interest in the startup & VC world
Proven track record of initiative and commitment in previous jobs or organizations
Comfortable with taking over varying tasks and a learning-on-the-job mentality
Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Munich, where we are hiring our core team
Professional proficiency in German and English
Matriculated student or recent graduate

Bonus points for …

Previous roles in startups
Experience or interest in biotech, life science, chemistry, or related industry
Some exposure to AI, automation, software, hardware
