Join us in building the future of education — we’re developing AI-powered tutors already used by over 16,000 students across TUM, LMU, and 30+ universities.
As a Founders Associate Intern, you’ll work side-by-side with the founding team on strategy, operations, and growth — scaling OneTutor from 30 to 100+ partner universities. Expect steep learning curves, high autonomy, and real startup impact from day one.
We’ve just raised an oversubscribed pre-seed round backed by top tech founders (Doodle, ImmobilienScout24) and are scaling fast.

- You’re entrepreneurial and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- You want to learn how an early-stage B2B SaaS startup grows from 0→1
- You enjoy solving problems across business, strategy, and execution
- You speak German fluently (C2)
