Intern – Founders Associate
Full-time paid internship (4-6 months) | Hybrid | Location: Munich
At zebrafant we are developing the world’s first sensor-less, fully integrated tour-planning system for bring-point waste collection. Supported and awarded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, and the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU), we are redefining waste collection by eliminating inefficiencies, cutting costs, and enhancing sustainability in waste management processes.
Your role
You work directly with the founders on strategic-operational topics: from grants & projects to investor materials, as well as events, website, and people topics. You keep the threads together, execute ad-hoc initiatives, and create transparency with clean structures.
Key responsibilities
- Grants & programs: research, applications, reporting, deadline management
- Presentations & materials for sales/investors (slides, one-pagers, cases)
- Ad-hoc projects with high ownership (market/competitive analyses, …)
- Maintain website & content (no-code/CMS), simple landing pages & updates
- Events & community: planning, logistics, participation
- People & culture: recruiting support, onboarding, culture initiatives
- Investor relations
What we are looking for
- Enrolled Bachelor’s/Master’s student (Business/Econ, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or similar)
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English; excellent German in writing & speech
- Strong presentation & structuring skills (slides/docs)
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, owner mindset
- Nice to have: experience with Notion, Microsoft Workspace/Office, CMS (Webflow/WordPress), basic design (Figma)
