Co-Founder (3D & Generative Computer Vision) for SportsTech Startup

🎾 About Us

At ProPulse, we're breaking new ground in the world of tennis training. Our vision is to transform solo practice by creating the first AI-powered training system that mirrors human shot behavior in real-time.

By combining advanced AI, machine learning, sports science, and robotics, we’re building a training partner that adapts to every player’s individual style, skill level, and ambitions—making practice sessions as dynamic, engaging, and impactful as a real match.

We’re a small, driven team passionate about sports, technology, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We are growing rapidly, having secured four pilot projects over the summer — and now, we’re looking for a 3D & Generative Computer Vision Co-Founder to help us bring this vision to life.

🤟 Your Role

As a Co-Founder (3D & Generative Computer Vision), you’ll be at the forefront of developing our AI-driven tennis training system. You’ll lead the development of 3D and generative computer vision systems that extract rich motion data from real tennis players and generate realistic video outputs — powering AI models that understand, predict, and replicate authentic human behavior for immersive solo training experiences.

👨‍💻 What You’ll Do

  • Architect and develop core computer vision systems for motion tracking, shot analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Design and optimize deep learning models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV) for real-time applications.
  • Work closely with robotics engineers to integrate vision models into physical systems.
  • Shape our CV and data strategy, including data collection, preprocessing, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the technology roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest advances in computer vision, generative AI and sports tech.

👀 What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and AI.
  • First Touchpoints/Expertise in human motion tracking, pose estimation, action recognition, or predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience deploying real-time models, ideally integrated with robotics or edge devices.
  • A startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Passion for sports, innovation, and building products that change how people train and perform.
  • (Bonus) Background in stereo vision, generative visual models, or optimizing real-time computer vision systems.
  • (Bonus) Tennis player or deep interest in racket sports!
